Hi Darlings! I regret I don't have any art right now to post along with this new journal entry. I just fudging MISS YOU GUYS SO MUCH I had to sorta "write" to y'all. A LOT has been happening. Where do I even begin? Let's start with the month of October, shall we?
OCTOBER 2012
My Grandma on my daddy's side was getting ill but still refused to go to the hospital. I remember my brother who lives with her told us "Ammah (Grandma in chinese) is falling apart...Literally!". Yes, her shoulder just down and popped out of it's socket. Her hip was all twisted in one direction and she can't stand anymore - they weren't results of previous injuries. She refused to eat or drink for long periods of time - days even. We had to bring her to the hospital against her wishes.
In the hospital we discovered the complications she had. The doctors told us her hopes of recovery were bleak, but it was understandable... She was 94 years old already. My Aunt and Uncles who have been living abroad, in the US and Germany, were called back to pay their respects, hopefully before she dies.
That's what adds to the fiasco. Of course inheritance issues were brought up and there were loooong discussions on whatever belongings were to be passed on to whom. There were also talks on how we will manage the hospital bills and what kind of life support we were willing to try to extend her life even just a bit longer.
Days were spent in the hospital talking to an unconscious Grandma and deciding with the doctors what to do next, as well as entertaining visiting relatives.
NOVEMBER
The highlight of this month was not my birthday (that would be way too selfish of me), but my Grandma's death, on the 4th - due to multiple organ failure.
I remember telling her the night before (though she was asleep), "Ammah, we don't want you to suffer. Please don't worry about us anymore. You taught us the best you can. Thank you for all of that. You did your best. We'll be fine. Don't let us hold you back".
The next morning at 5AM, before the sun even rose, I overheard my parents in the next room - their room - talking over the phone. The caregiver informed them Ammah just passed away. I didn't feel sadness or fear. I felt peace, and, not to creep you out, with my soul's eyes, (I used get out-of-body experiences often before, still do, but much less, thank God! It's SCARY!) - Uh, yeah, with my soul's eyes I saw my Grandma in the darkness of my room. She was wearing the hospital gown, but she had her eyeglasses on, and her feet were bare. She looked well and happy, smiling at me and faded away.
That's why I felt at peace. I was happy Ammah herself found rest, and I pray she's in the Lord's presence now, with all my departed loved ones as well -especially with my Lolo (Grandpa).
It doesn't end there. There were masses given for her since most of our relatives are Catholic. There were the visiting relatives again. There were the inheritance issues again.
On top of that, I had to prepare for a Christmas Bazaar my friend and I plan to sell our handmade accessories in. I've been making beaded jewelry since October in preparation for this. Next week, Dec 12-14, we will be selling in a booth we rented for the event. I've managed to make 156 items - and when I say items I mean single items like cocktail rings and whole sets that include earrings, necklaces and bracelets.
DECEMBER
Wish me luck on our Bazaar, please! Hope we sell out on just the second day... on the third day I have a wedding to attend! See how hectic?!
*starts crying hysterically* AAAAND I MISS DRAWING! I've went and made sketches and am halfway done coloring the next page of SXM!
I'M SO TOUCHED AT ALL OF YOU WHO'VE REMEMBERED TO GREET ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND VI ESPECIALLY FOR EVEN MAKING SOME ART FOR ME! THAAAAANK YOUUUUUU!!!
Your kindness won't go unrewarded. I'm preparing SOMA drawings dedicated to those who greeted me and have been faithfully faving my works and commenting as well. I just hope I get to finish the artworks and post them soon.
Also, I have plans of drawing scenes from some of the Fanfics I really love! BTW, I have some writer friends here as well. As you can see how jam-packed my sched is, please if you want me to draw a scene from your stories, let me know BY COMMENTING ON THIS JOURNAL ENTRY. Send me a link to your story so I can read it, you can let me pick or you can pick yourself and ask me to draw it. Be patient too, please
Why am I adding even more stuff to my plate? BECAUSE I LOOOOVE YOU GUYS, THAT'S WHY!!! I'm going all emo and clingy right now partly because I'm stressed and partly because I miss Soul and Maka and I miss drawing and I'm getting withdrawal syndrome... probably... *spazzing*
Yeah, before I spazz s'more, I'll be ending here. SEND. ME. YOUR. STORY. SCENES...
Hugs and Kisses! God bless y'all!

Not really much to say, this cold is bogging my brain down and I'm already usually always
Walking on the Sunny Side of the Street
Greetings once again to all my wonderful watchers and friends!
I don't know if we (Philippines) were featured in the international news, but catastrophically heavy monsoon rains have had most of Luzon and Manila under flood waters!
No exaggeration, HEAVY rains have been pouring for nearly a week - and NON-STOP, I must add! It's worst than the last "great flood" of Typhoon Ondoy a few years back. Areas that didn't usually get flooded are now underwater. Houses were swept away. Masses of people have crowded into evacuation centers. Power and food shortages were abound. It's nearly like an apocalypse.
I myself was stranded with my famil
Life Begins at 30...or 31!
Hey everyone!
GEEZ! I really hate being away from you guys for so long, but we all have that thing called REAL LIFE that we simply must attend to.
If you have noticed, I updated twice in the last week. I'm trying to make up for being such an absentee. *embarrassed chuckle*. Seriously, I really want to progress on my latest series: SXM. I've got the next 3 pages inked, 2 of which have been scanned into my computer and in need of being colored and arranged properly before I post it. I also ran out of sketch pad papers so I had to stop there (begrudgingly of course). Though I have made the thumbnails for upto the next 8 pages!

Ey, in case you're wondering, I'm alive.
Hey there my gorgeous watchers!
Yeah, what the title says.
First off, sorry for taking too much time to update. I'm very busy with crafts and other hobbies and some little projects thrown in between.
In case you didn't know or notice, I changed my profile pic for this year. The last one was like, a year or two old already. This was done in a photo shoot with my friend, Patrick. The theme was "steampunk". I was pretty excited and used part of what I earned on odd jobs to buy some additional props for the shoot - such as leather bracelets, a brown corset, those fingerless gloves I am wearing. Other clothes were what I already had, as w

I'm so sorry for your loss, but I am sure that your Ammah is resting peacefully now. I certainly hope that the hoopla with her belongings doesn't get too hectic or add too much stress; we never had to deal with anything like that when my own Grandmother passed away but I'm sure it doesn't help with anything.
I also hope that the Christmas Bazaar you participated in went well for you and that you were able to bring in some money~! Love the game you're playing, by the way. I myself am I master at it. :3
